Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Driving Standards Agency Trading Fund (Maximum Borrowing etc.) Order 2009 and shall come into force on the 30th March 2009.

Section 2Amendment of Order

In article 6 of the Driving Standards Agency Trading Fund Order 1997 (maximum borrowing etc ) for “£70,000,000” there shall be substituted “£110,000,000”.
