Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Licensed Conveyancers (Compensation for Inadequate Professional Services) Order 2009 and comes into force on 31st March 2009.

Section 2Amendment of Courts and Legal Services Act 1990
In paragraph 16(1) of Schedule 8 to the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, for the figure “£5,000”, substitute the figure “£15,000”.
Section 3Revocation
The Licensed Conveyancers (Compensation for Inadequate Professional Services) Order 2000 is revoked.
