Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 (Continuance in force of sections 1 to 9) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 11th March 2009.

Section 2Continuance in force of sections 1 to 9 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005
Sections 1 to 9 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 shall not expire in accordance with Article 2 of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 (Continuance in force of sections 1 to 9) Order 2008 but shall continue in force for a period of one year beginning with 11th March 2009.
