Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Monkseaton Community High School (Governing Body Procedures) (Amendment) Order 2009 and comes into force on 8th May 2009.

Section 2Variation of The Monkseaton Community High School (Governing Body Procedures) Order 2006

(1) The Monkseaton Community High School (Governing Body Procedures) Order 2006 is amended as follows.
(2) For Article 3, substitute the following Article—
(3) This Order shall have effect until 7th May 2012.
