Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Proscribed Organisations (Name Change) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 2 nd April 2009.

Section 2

Jama’at ud Da’wa, being a name that is not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for Lashkar e Tayyaba, being an organisation listed in that Schedule .
