Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 31st March 2009.

Section 2Originating capital of NHS trusts

The originating capital of the Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust shall be nil.
