Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Approved Contractor Scheme) Regulations 2007 (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 6th April 2009.

Section 2Amendment to the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Approved Contractor Scheme) Regulations 2007
(1) The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Approved Contractor Scheme) Regulations 2007 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In the heading to regulation 1 for “Citation, commencement and extent” substitute “Citation and commencement”.
(3) Omit regulation 1(2).
