Section 2Amendment of the Health Care and Associated Professions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2008 (Commencement No. 2) Order of Council 2008
In article 2 of the Health Care and Associated Professions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2008 (Commencement No. 2) Order of Council 2008 (appointed days), in paragraph (3), for sub-paragraph (c) substitute the following sub-paragraph—
(c) paragraphs 3(1) and (2) and 4 of Schedule 5 to the principal Order , and article 3(2) of the principal Order in so far as it relates to those paragraphs.
