Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 1st May 2009.

Section 2Revocation of 2005 Order

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 2005 is revoked.

Section 3Amendment of 1986 Order

In the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 , for Schedules 1 and 2 there are substituted Schedules 1 and 2 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
