Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (Bedford) Designation Order 2009 and shall come into force on 15th April 2009.

The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Bedfordshire) (Borough of Bedford) Order 2000 is revoked.
Section 3Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area
The Secretary of State designates the area described in the Schedule as—
(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and
(b) a special enforcement area.
