These Regulations may be cited as the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 3rd May 2009.

Section 2Increases in fees
(1) The International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (Fees) Regulations 1988 are amended as follows.
(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table, for each amount specified in column (2) substitute the amount specified in column (3).
