Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 3rd May 2009.

Section 2Preliminary
The Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) Regulations 1981 are amended as follows.
Section 3Increases in fees
In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table, for each amount specified in column (2) substitute the amount specified in column (3).
