Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 3rd May 2009.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales .

Section 2 Amendment of the principal Regulations

The Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) Regulations 1986 are amended as follows—

(a) in regulations 12(1)(a) and 12(2)(a), for “£12” substitute “£13”; and

(b) in regulations 12(1)(b) and 12(2)(b), for “£57” substitute “£60”.
