Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Transport (International Passenger Services) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 3rd May 2009.

Section 2

Regulation 14 of the Road Transport (International Passenger Services) Regulations 1984 is amended as follows —

(a) In paragraph (2A), for “£12” substitute “£13.”

(b) In paragraph (3), for “£168” substitute “£176.”

(c) In paragraph (3A), for “£171” substitute “£180.”

(d) In paragraph (4), for “£36” substitute “£38.”
