Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 29 th April 2009.

Section 2Amendment of the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) Regulations 2004

In regulation 1(2)(c) of the Accession (Immigration and Worker Registration) Regulations 2004 (definition of “accession period”), for “30 th April 2009” substitute “30 th April 2011”.
