Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Application to Service Courts) (Evidence) (Revocation) Order 2009 and comes into force on 31st October 2009.

Section 2Revocation

The Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Application to Service Courts) (Evidence) Order 2006 is hereby revoked.
