Section 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2010.

(2) In this Order “the 2007 Act ” means the Legal Services Act 2007.

Section 2 Commencement of provisions

The following provisions of the 2007 Act, to the extent that they are not already in force, come into force on 2nd August 2010—

(a) section 25 (subject to the transitional provision previously made in relation to subsection (3)(a) and (b)), sections 75 to 79, section 83(3) to (7), section 157(3) and section 175(2)(c) and (d);

(b) Schedule 10;

(c) Schedule 11.
