This Order may be cited as the Isles of Scilly (Functions) (Adoption and Children Act 2002) Order 2010 and comes into force on 26th April 2010.

The Council of the Isles of Scilly shall exercise and perform the functions conferred or imposed on local authorities under the Adoption and Children Act 2002 .
