Section 1Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Mental Health Act 2007 (Commencement No.11) Order 2010.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 2Commencement of provision

Section 31(3) (accommodation, etc. ) of the Mental Health Act 2007 shall come into force on 1st April 2010.
