Section 1Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as The Wireless Telegraphy (Automotive Short Range Radar) (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 16th June 2010.

Section 2Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Automotive Short Range Radar) (Exemption) (No. 2) Regulations 2005

(1) The Wireless Telegraphy (Automotive Short Range Radar) (Exemption) (No. 2) Regulations 2005 are amended in accordance with the following paragraph of this regulation.

(2) In regulation 4(5) for “25 decibels” substitute “30 decibels”.
