Section 1 Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions Designation (No. 3) Order 2010 and comes into force on 5th July 2010.

Section 2 Designation of civil enforcement areas and special enforcement areas under the Traffic Management Act 2004

(1) The Secretary of State designates each of the areas mentioned in paragraph (2) as—

(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and

(b) a special enforcement area.

(2) Those areas are—

(a) the part of the area of The North East Lincolnshire Borough Council specified in Schedule 1; and

(b) the part of the area of The West Sussex County Council specified in Schedule 2.
