This Order may be cited as the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) (No.2) Order 2010 and comes into force on 19th July 2010.

The Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) (No.2) Order 2010
Section 2Designation
The sports grounds specified in the Schedule to this Order, each being a sports ground—
(a) at which association football matches are played;
(b) which is occupied by a club which is a member of the Football League Limited; and
(c) which, in the opinion of the Secretary of State, has accommodation for more than 5,000 spectators
are each designated as a sports ground requiring a safety certificate under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975.
