Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Appropriate Officer and Schedule 7 Prescribed Persons) (Revocation) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 25th July 2010.

Section 2Revocation

The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Appropriate Officer and Schedule 7 Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2010 are revoked.
