Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 (Land Agreements Exclusion Revocation) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 6th April 2011.

Section 2Revocation

The Competition Act 1998 (Land Agreements Exclusion and Revocation) Order 2004 is hereby revoked.
