Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No.2) Order 2010 and comes into force on 30 th July 2010.

Section 3Amendment of the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 1997

In the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 1997 omit the installation Morecambe Well 110/2A-7 specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 and its co-ordinates of latitude and longitude specified in columns 2 and 3 of Schedule 1.
