Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (England) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 1st October 2010.

Section 2Amendment

In Schedule 2 of the Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (England) Order 2010 , before “North Western” insert “Northern”.
