Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Employment and Support Allowance (Transitional Provisions, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit) (Existing Awards) (Revocation) Regulations 2010.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 27th August 2010.
