Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Application of Enactments) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1st September 2010.

Section 2Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Application of Enactments) (England) Regulations 2007

In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Application of Enactments) (England) Regulations 2007 omit—
(a) paragraph 20A and its heading;
(b) paragraph 23A and its heading.

Section 3Revocation

The Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Application of Enactments) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 are revoked.
