Section 2Amendment of the Charities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional and Transitory Provisions and Savings) Order 2008
(1) The Charities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional and Transitory Provisions and Savings) Order 2008 is amended as follows.
(2) In Articles 1, 6, 11, 19, 24 and 26 for “1st September 2010”, in each place, substitute “1st September 2011”.
