Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No.3) Order 2010.

Section 2Provisions conferring power to make subordinate legislation etc

Section 96(9)(b) of the Equality Act 2010 comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made for the purpose of enabling regulations to be made.
