(1) This Order may be cited as the Solicitors’ (Non-Contentious Business) Remuneration (Amendment) Order 2010.
(2) This Order comes into force on the commencement of section 137(2)(b)(i) of the Legal Services Act 2007 .

(1) This Order may be cited as the Solicitors’ (Non-Contentious Business) Remuneration (Amendment) Order 2010.
(2) This Order comes into force on the commencement of section 137(2)(b)(i) of the Legal Services Act 2007 .
(1) The Solicitors’ (Non-Contentious Business) Remuneration Order 2009 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 after the definition of “manager” insert—
“ombudsman” has the same meaning as in the Legal Services Act 2007 (see section 122(5) of that Act);
(3) In article 5(4)—
(a) after sub-paragraph (a) insert —
(aa) the fees specified in a direction made by the ombudsman under section 137(2)(b)(i) of the Legal Services Act 2007; or
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “taxation” substitute “assessment” and for “taxed” substitute “assessed”.
