Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2010 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Specified office-holders
An office-holder of a description specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order is disqualified from being a member of the Scottish Parliament.
Section 3Specified office-holders
An office-holder of a description specified in column 1 of Part II of the Schedule to this Order is disqualified from being a member of the Scottish Parliament for any constituency specified in relation to that office-holder in column 2 of that Part of the Schedule and for any region specified in relation to that office-holder in column 3 of that Part of the Schedule.
Section 4Revocation of the Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2007
The Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2007 is revoked.
