Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Statutory Payment Schemes (Electronic Communications) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 14th November 2010.

Section 2Amendment to the Statutory Payment Schemes (Electronic Communications) Regulations 2002

The Statutory Payment Schemes (Electronic Communications) Regulations 2002 are amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment to the Statutory Payment Schemes (Electronic Communications) Regulations 2002

In regulation 1(2) in the definition of “the statutory payments” for “statutory paternity pay” substitute “ordinary statutory paternity pay, additional statutory paternity pay”.
