These Regulations may be cited as the Structural Funds (National Assembly for Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 11th November 2010.

In regulation 2 of the Structural Funds (National Assembly for Wales) Regulations 2006 for the definition of “the 2006 Structural Funds Regulation” substitute—
“the 2006 Structural Funds Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 of 11 July 2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 as amended by Regulation (EU) No 539/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 June 2010
