Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Body) (England) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 15th November 2010.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

Section 2Revocation

The instruments listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are revoked.

Section 3Specified body

In relation to any financial year beginning on or after 1st April 2011, the Improvement and Development Agency for Local Government (company registration number 3675577) is specified for the purposes of section 76(4) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988.
