Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Aggregates Levy (Northern Ireland Tax Credit) (Revocation) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1st December 2010.

Section 2Revocation of the Northern Ireland tax credit regulations

The Aggregates Levy (Northern Ireland Tax Credit) Regulations 2004 are revoked.
