Section 1 Title, application and commencement

This Order—

(a) may be cited as the Poultry Compartments (Fees) (England) Order 2010;

(b) applies in England; and

(c) comes into force on 15th March 2010.

Section 2 Fees

The fees for inspections in relation to applications made under the Poultry Compartments (England) Order 2010 set out in the Schedule to this Order are payable to the Secretary of State by the applicant within 30 days of the inspection.
