(1) This Order may be cited as the Electoral Administration Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1 and Saving Provision) (Scotland) Order 2010.

Section 2Citation and interpretation
In this Order “ the Act ” means the Electoral Administration Act 2006.
Section 3Commencement of section 68 of the Electoral Administration Act 2006
Section 68 (funding of services and expenses of returning officers) of the Act shall in so far as it extends to Scotland come into force on 10 February 2010
Section 4Saving Provision
Section 68 of the Act shall not have effect in relation to any election for which the date of the poll specified in the notice of election issued in relation to that election is on or before 10 February 2010.
