Section 1Citation, commencement and application
(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Service Charges) (Amendment) (England) Order 2010 and comes into force on 29th December 2010.
(2) This Order applies to England only.

Section 2Amendment
In article 2 (interpretation) of the Housing (Right to Buy) (Service Charges) Order 1986 , for the definition of “index figure” substitute—
“index figure” means an index figure, other than a provisional index figure, in the table of “ BIS Output Price Index for Direct Labour: Public Housing Repairs and Maintenance” in the “BIS Output Price Indices” published quarterly in “BCIS Online” by the “Building Cost Information Service of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on behalf of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills,
