Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 20th December 2010.

Section 2

For the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000 substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3

The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2009 is revoked.
