Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and permitted temporary activities) (Forms and notices) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1st January 2011.

Section 2Premises licences: forms and notices

The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005 (“the 2005 Regulations ”) are amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 6 of these Regulations.

Section 3Premises licences: forms and notices

For the form in Schedule 2 to the 2005 Regulations, substitute the form in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.

Section 4Premises licences: forms and notices

For the form in Schedule 3 to the 2005 Regulations, substitute the form in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.

Section 5Premises licences: forms and notices

For the form in Schedule 6 to the 2005 Regulations, substitute the form in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.

Section 6Premises licences: forms and notices

For the form in Schedule 7 to the 2005 Regulations, substitute the form in Schedule 4 to these Regulations.

Section 7Permitted temporary activities: temporary event notice

For the form in Schedule 1 to the Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulations 2005 , substitute the form in Schedule 5 to these Regulations.
