Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2010 and comes into force on 11th January 2011.

Section 2Designation of disqualifying offices

The offices described in the Schedule are designated as offices disqualifying the holders of such offices from being members of the National Assembly for Wales.

Section 3Revocation of National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2006

The National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2006 is revoked.
