Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Policing and Crime Act 2009 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2010.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Policing and Crime Act 2009.

The day appointed for the coming into force of Part 4 of the Act (injunctions: gang-related violence) and Schedule 5 to the Act (injunctions: powers to remand) is 31st January 2011.
