This Order may be cited as the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation Naming and Financial Year Order 2010 and shall come into force on 5 th July 2010.

Section 2Name of the body corporate referred to in section 75 of the Pensions Act 2008
The name of the body corporate referred to in section 75 of the Pensions Act 2008 shall be the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation.
Section 3The financial year of the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation
For the purposes of Paragraph 26(1) of Schedule 1 to the 2008 Act, the financial year in relation to the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation is the 12 months ending on the 31 st of March in each year.
