Section 1Citation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the School Admissions Code (Appointed Day) (England) Order 2010.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2Appointed Day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the School Admissions Code (a copy of a draft of which was laid before each House of Parliament on 10th December 2009) is 10th February 2010.
