Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Submarine Pipelines (Designated Owners) Order 2010 and comes into force on 5th January 2011.

Section 2Designation of ownership

For the purposes of section 27(1) of the Petroleum Act 1998 , each person specified in Part 1 of the Schedule is designated as owner of the pipelines described in Part 2 of the Schedule.
