Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the NHS Foundation Trusts (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Amendment Order 2010 and comes into force on 10th March 2010.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the NHS Foundation Trusts (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2007 .

Section 2Amendment of the Schedule to the principal Order

In the Schedule to the principal Order, before the entry “Birmingham Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust”, add the entry “Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust” .
