Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Trade Marks (International Registration) (Amendment) Order 2010 and comes into force on 6th April 2010.

Section 2Amendment to the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008

The Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 2008 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 6 (fees), after the final entry insert—
