Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Proscribed Organisations (Name Changes) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 14th January 2010.

Section 2

(1) Each of the names specified in paragraph (2), being names that are not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for both Al-Ghurabaa and The Saved Sect, being organisations listed in that Schedule .

(2) Those names are—

(a) Al Muhajiroun ( ALM ),

(b) Call to Submission,

(c) Islam4UK,

(d) Islamic Path, and

(e) London School of Sharia.
