Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Commencement No.13, Transitory and Transitional Provisions and Electronic Communications) Amendment Order 2010 and shall come into force on 8th February 2010.

Section 2Amendment of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Commencement No.13, Transitory and Transitional Provisions and Electronic Communications) Order 2009

In article 1(2) (interpretation) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Commencement No.13, Transitory and Transitional Provisions and Electronic Communications) Order 2009 , in paragraph (b) of the definition of “determination”, after “(notice of decisions)” insert “or article 7”.
